I just purchased Sygic Aura México, and heres my story. The software and its interface is very good and stable, excellent choice in colors and contrast, and most of it looks beautiful in my iPhone4 (v4.3.1). Installation and first run was flawless, and other than having to create a username at sygic, you dont need to do much more. The maps, however, are not that perfect. Major cities seem to be well covered. In Monterrey, where I got a chance to try it out first, the maps covered a few sections of the city that are pretty new, and Im guessing the maps are up to date until 2009, or maybe early 2010. However, when out on the road, I noticed small towns were not covered at street level, and you can only navigate major highways and roads. That could be an issue... specially for me that I get distracted and lost rather easy. Another issue I found is that when you buy two or more regions, ie México and USA West, like I did, the maps are shown as different applications, icons and whole different independent settings. You cannot travel from map 1 to map 2, and Favorites (bookmarks, personal POIs, etc) are not shared amongst the two applications. Really bad. So if you want to travel across map boundries, you would actually need to create a route to the edge of map 1 and then switch over to map 2 and start a whole new route. Very bad, Other than these two issues, its a great application, with perfect 3d images (including horizon topology, like background mountains being accurate). Worth the US$23.00, but no more until they fix their glitches.

In general great app!!! In The last update Text To Speech was added but its not Working ! It will only spell The first 3 letters of The street name ! Please fix this issue !!!

I must say this app is 95% reliable. Much better than other apps in the market. The great thing is you go not need a 3G connection to use it...just set your location tab to "on".

Bought this app not really sure if it was going to be legit ...well its awesome didnt get lost once and it doesnt use your data ..great buy ..little bit hard to find home addresses but thats because mexico names their streets all jacked up ..5 stars

I used this app to go from a large city to a small city and it was fine. I used this to cover about 300 miles in Mexico. Never sent the wrong way or got lost.

Some bad moments

This map is inaccurate! The GUI is not intuitive! Please fix it! UPDATES PLEASE!

i could not even get the product to sync with my ipad. it shows in my list of apps and is taking up space in itunes but will not install i even get "updates" from time to time but i cannot update install them either! their is no customer service phone number to call and the online support is a joke..it does not exist i cannot believe i was so stupid as to spend 39.95 on an entirely useless thing

Went to Cancun with app. App didnt know where a whole lot of places were. Seemed very outdated esp for such a popular place.
